Responsibilities

• ▹Further developing the existing test framework for testing data and application migration scripts
• ▹Analyzing, designing and specifying migration test cases
• ▹Designing database- and service-level comparison tests
• ▹Performing functional checks and sample-based application-level tests
• ▹Designing and producing test data for migration scenarios
• ▹Analyzing, documenting and tracking faulty states and migration issues
• ▹Documenting and evaluating test results
• ▹Working independently as a member of the migration team

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in manual and automated testing
• ▹Practical experience in designing and specifying migration tests
• ▹Experience creating test data and reproducing real-world error scenarios
• ▹Experience analyzing Java code and SQL scripts
• ▹ISTQB Foundation Level certification (CTFL or Agile Tester)
• ▹German language skills at minimum B2 level, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in Scrum or SAFe environments
• ▹Knowledge of agile testing methods (e.g. Shift Left, Test Quadrants)
• ▹Experience testing SOAP- and REST-based services (e.g. SOAPUI, Postman, Insomnia)
• ▹Experience in CI/CD environments (Git, code review, static code analysis)
• ▹Knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• ▹ISTQB Advanced Level certification (Test Analyst or Agile Technical Tester)
