Test Manager - German Speaking (REF5170R)

Responsibilities

• ▹Systematically plan and structure test cases, ensuring full functional coverage
• ▹Design and execute end-to-end testing processes
• ▹Actively participate in manual functional testing of frontend, backend and mobile systems
• ▹Work closely with an international project team, integrating testing processes into the development cycle
• ▹Proactively seek out tasks, ask questions, and contribute to the team's work
• ▹Learn new technologies and business domains, adapting quickly to a changing environment
• ▹Use test management tools (e.g. xRay or similar), ensuring transparent documentation

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in a Quality Engineer / Test Engineer role
• ▹Strong testing mindset and systems-level thinking
• ▹Practice in end-to-end testing
• ▹Excellent communication skills, confident collaboration in an international team
• ▹Proactive, initiative-taking attitude
• ▹Openness to learning new technologies and domain areas
• ▹At least intermediate German and English language skills

Nice to have

• ▹ISTQB Foundation Level certification
• ▹Practical experience in manual functional frontend/backend/mobile testing
• ▹ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Management certification
