Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the development, training and fine-tuning of large language models and LLM-driven solutions for intricate NLP tasks
• ▹Implement and refine a robust, scalable architecture in production for optimal performance
• ▹Evaluate and enhance the performance of existing models for accuracy, efficiency and reliability
• ▹Proactively address data quality, bias mitigation and model interpretability
• ▹Keep abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI research, run experiments and prototype new ideas
• ▹Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers
• ▹Mentor junior team members and cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation
• ▹Continuously assess and integrate emerging technologies and best practices for LLM-based solutions

Requirements

• ▹Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry, with a deep understanding of the practical challenges of deploying LLMs in real-world scenarios
• ▹Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning and NLP
• ▹Extensive experience training and deploying machine learning models, particularly in the NLP/LLM domain
• ▹Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks and tools
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• ▹Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation techniques
• ▹Proven track record of driving innovation in AI and NLP projects
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Demonstrated leadership experience, able to guide and inspire a team
