IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Operating and maintaining Jira and Confluence in customer environments (Data Center and Cloud)
• ▹Managing updates and patch cycles on Linux servers (Ubuntu/Debian)
• ▹Monitoring AWS/EKS environments
• ▹Automating recurring processes (backups, user provisioning) with Bash and Python scripting
• ▹Maintaining technical documentation and the knowledge base

Requirements

• ▹At least 2-3 years of practical experience in complex Atlassian environments
• ▹Proven experience with migrations (Data Center to Cloud)
• ▹Understanding of on-premise infrastructure/IDPs as well as modern cloud architectures
• ▹Business-fluent German (C1/native)
• ▹English strong enough (B2+) to handle vendor tickets and documentation

Nice to have

• ▹Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification
• ▹Experience in the automotive sector (OEM/supplier)
