Global Developer Engagement Representative, Part-Time, Contractor

Responsibilities

• ▹Help plan and execute global online and in-person developer events and workshops
• ▹Support project management and logistics for developer engagement programs
• ▹Build relationships with developers through community engagement and calls
• ▹Identify and engage high-potential creators building innovative experiences on Roblox
• ▹Support initiatives that encourage learning, collaboration, and novel game creation
• ▹Stay organized across multiple projects and communicate proactively with the team
• ▹Develop an understanding of Roblox development and the challenges developers face
• ▹Contribute to inclusive global initiatives across regions
• ▹Work 20 hours per week

Requirements

• ▹Strong understanding of Roblox and its developer community
• ▹Good standing regarding Roblox moderation history
• ▹Passion for supporting and empowering creators
• ▹Experience engaging or growing online communities
• ▹Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• ▹Experience coordinating community initiatives, events, or developer programs
• ▹Physically located within North America
