Requirements

• ▹Experience leading and developing engineering teams, including hiring and performance management
• ▹Experience building and scaling complex systems, ideally real-time or distributed
• ▹Strong understanding of mobile and backend software engineering
• ▹Commitment to inclusive, collaborative teams
• ▹Experience working across disciplines, influencing product/technical direction
