Responsibilities

• ▹Build and ship models helping customers search for and find answers about their finances
• ▹Work with user and product embeddings, contextual bandits, and personalised ranking algorithms
• ▹Build scalable, explainable and responsible AI solutions to enhance trust and transparency
• ▹Justify and demonstrate the effectiveness of technical approaches against business and customer needs

Requirements

• ▹Multiple years of excellence leading development and deployment of advanced ML models
• ▹Experience shipping state-of-the-art ML models to production and delivering business impact
• ▹Fluent Python, extensive hands-on scikit-learn experience, comfortable with SQL, willingness to learn Go
• ▹Impact-driven, self-starter mindset
• ▹Product mindset and commitment to data-informed decisions
• ▹Comfortable in ambiguous, collaborative environments

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with personalisation, ranking and recommendation for consumer applications
• ▹Commercial experience with critical production code and microservices
