Senior Independent AI Engineer / Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Solve real problems in small teams (not demos, not proof-of-concepts that never ship)
• ▹Build AI-native products from 0→1
• ▹Design agent architectures and orchestration systems
• ▹Deliver enterprise AI deployments
• ▹Build retrieval, evaluation and reliability infrastructure
• ▹Develop LLM-powered workflows and products, and machine learning platforms operating at scale
• ▹Work directly with founders, CTOs and product leaders to shape technical direction and execution

Requirements

• ▹Must be located in the Americas, Europe or Israel
• ▹A proven track record of shipping production AI systems
• ▹Experience deploying AI systems into production and understanding the tradeoffs behind the hype
• ▹Ability to turn technical complexity into business value
