A one-time, fixed-scope contract to lead an end-to-end HubSpot implementation across the CRM, Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs, from architecture to a production-ready handoff.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops)
  • ▹Design the data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines and core objects
  • ▹Configure workflows, automation, lead routing and scoring
  • ▹Implement and validate integrations with the client's existing stack
  • ▹Support data migration, cleanup and QA
  • ▹Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility
  • ▹Document system architecture and implementation decisions
  • ▹Deliver a clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment

Requirements

  • ▹Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations
  • ▹Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise
  • ▹Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing and scoring
  • ▹Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware)
  • ▹Ability to manage data migration, cleanup and QA
  • ▹Strong documentation and handoff discipline
  • ▹Excellent written and spoken English
  • ▹Client-facing delivery or consulting experience

Nice to have

  • ▹HubSpot certifications
  • ▹RevOps or GTM operations background
  • ▹Experience with B2B, B2C or hybrid sales motions
  • ▹Familiarity with automation/integration tools (e.g. Make, Zapier)
  • ▹Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards
