Responsibilities

• ▹Lead architecture and development of code-action product surfaces (Batch Changes, Executors, MCP Server, Code Monitors)
• ▹Practically integrate AI models and agents into the product and dev workflow
• ▹Set technical direction and quality bar within the team
• ▹Partner with Product, Design and Customer Engineering

Requirements

• ▹Strong, hands-on experience using AI models and agents, not just observing
• ▹Experience building large-scale enterprise code-action systems
• ▹Leadership mindset in technical direction (IC5 level)
