Responsibilities

• ▹Advise on network security, SASE, SSE and zero-trust architectures
• ▹Run customer workshops as well as architecture and strategy consulting
• ▹Create technical solution designs and implementation concepts
• ▹Take technical responsibility in proposals, tenders and customer projects
• ▹Plan and implement demanding Fortinet solutions
• ▹Support PoCs, migrations and transformation projects

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in infrastructure security and IT security, with in-depth knowledge of the Fortinet Security Fabric and very good knowledge of FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, SASE, SSE and ZTNA
• ▹Fortinet certifications, ideally NSE 4-8
• ▹Experience designing and implementing complex security solutions in an enterprise environment and very good networking knowledge in routing, switching and VPN
• ▹Strong presales skills with experience in customer workshops, bidding processes and tenders, and confident technical consulting of enterprise customers
• ▹Very good German and good English
• ▹Application documents must be submitted in German

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of other vendors such as Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco Security or Zscaler
• ▹Basic knowledge of Python, REST APIs, Git or CI/CD, used to integrate and automate security solutions
