Software Development Team Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Providing professional leadership and technical coaching for a 5-person software development team
• ▹Owning the software architecture and technological development of an innovative platform in the nursing/healthcare sector
• ▹Actively contributing to software development from concept through to production rollout
• ▹Ensuring code quality, stable releases and compliance with regulatory requirements
• ▹Helping shape an agile way of working through the introduction and continuous improvement of SCRUM processes
• ▹Structuring and prioritizing business requirements, translating them into actionable development packages
• ▹Acting as a technical sparring partner for management, customers and stakeholders, confidently representing architecture and technology decisions

Requirements

• ▹Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, business informatics or a comparable technical qualification
• ▹Several years of software development experience, solid backend or full-stack know-how, a strong hands-on mentality
• ▹Initial experience in the professional or technical leadership of development teams
• ▹High degree of initiative and decisiveness to confidently represent technical topics
• ▹Negotiation-level German and English skills, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in regulated environments (e.g. medical technology, healthcare or safety-critical systems)
• ▹Interest in sensor technology and hardware-related systems
