Senior Solutions Engineering Manager, Majors - West

Responsibilities

• ▹Managing cross-functional, full sales-lifecycle technical activities for Cloudflare's Western Region customers.
• ▹Managing a team of SEs geographically distributed across the Western US.
• ▹Partnering with the Western Sales team and Customer Success to communicate the value of Cloudflare products to customers and prospects.

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• ▹8+ years of experience with internet technologies/protocols and/or cloud technologies.
• ▹Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities.
• ▹Demonstrated operations and organization skills, implementing and driving best practices with cross-functional organizations.
• ▹Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• ▹Outstanding interpersonal skills with a track record of building collaboration around important initiatives.
• ▹Successful track record of working and influencing matrixed organizations.
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication skills, presenting technical and business subjects to all audiences.
• ▹Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus.

• ▹Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location: for Los Angeles based hires, estimated annual salary of $234,000 - $321,000; San Francisco based hires only: $244,000 - $336,000.
