Responsibilities

• ▹Help customers evaluate, adopt, and expand Deepnote by translating technical requirements into practical solutions
• ▹Guide data teams through architecture discussions, product onboarding, proofs-of-concept, and ongoing technical partnership
• ▹Act as a trusted technical partner from the first conversation to long-term success
• ▹Own discovery calls, solution design, POCs, onboarding, troubleshooting, and technical enablement
• ▹Connect product capabilities to customer outcomes and explain why they matter
• ▹Build momentum across sales, product, engineering, customer success, and leadership teams

Requirements

• ▹Comfortable working directly with technical customers
• ▹Technically fluent: SQL and Python basics, data workflows, notebooks and developer tools, cloud and infrastructure concepts, security and deployment models, single- and multi-tenant setups, integrations
• ▹Enjoys problem-solving in live customer situations (discovery calls, solution design, POCs, onboarding, troubleshooting)
• ▹Understands the daily pain of data practitioners (messy workflows, slow notebooks, fragmented tooling)
• ▹Asks good questions, listens closely, and turns ambiguity into action
• ▹Builds momentum across teams, bringing the right people together to solve the right problem
• ▹Thrives in fast-moving environments and ambiguity
• ▹Actively contributes to a kind, feedback-heavy culture

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with Python or SQL
• ▹Experience working with technical customers in SaaS
• ▹Experience with customer onboarding, solutions engineering, or technical account management
• ▹Familiarity with notebook tools like Jupyter, Databricks, or Hex
• ▹Experience supporting data, analytics, or machine learning teams
