Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the technical development of an entire business domain
• ▹Form requirements, design the architecture, and lead the full SDLC
• ▹Lead a compact, autonomous, cross-functional team with short release cycles
• ▹Identify teammates' strengths and provide mentorship
• ▹Develop solutions with a holistic approach to business problems and infrastructure
• ▹Develop for performance, scale and resilience in an uncompromising environment
• ▹Take initiative to identify areas of product improvement

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading the development and release of a complex/high-demand client-facing product
• ▹Experience leading, coaching and mentoring software engineers
• ▹Experience developing services in a microservice architecture
• ▹Advanced knowledge of at least two programming languages
• ▹Deep understanding of RDBMS, messaging brokers and in-memory data storages
