Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• ▹Act as the go-to recruiting expert and trusted advisor for hiring leaders and interview teams
• ▹Source top talent, build high-quality pipelines, and craft compelling candidate experiences
• ▹Develop and strategically apply deep knowledge of Skydio's employer brand to engage and close top talent
• ▹Drive structured interview and decision-making processes to maintain rigorous hiring standards
• ▹Foster collaborative relationships across hiring managers, People Ops, and Compensation
• ▹Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, improve recruiting processes, and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• ▹Deep recruiting expertise in at least two of: Cloud, Mobile, Infrastructure, Embedded, Wireless, Camera/Optics, Hardware Engineering, or Hardware Operations
• ▹Proven track record building high-performing engineering teams at growth-stage companies
• ▹Strong knowledge of the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem
• ▹Track record sourcing niche talent in highly competitive markets
• ▹Exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational rigor, and commitment to top-tier candidate experience
• ▹Ability to influence and advise hiring teams at all levels
