Technical Account Manager - Territory - Partnerships

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical guidance and support to partners across channels (email, phone) to optimize their Plaid integration
• ▹Manage inbound requests for integration reviews, solutions consulting/best practices, and troubleshooting
• ▹Act as a technical expert on Plaid's products, providing clear, actionable guidance
• ▹Work closely with Partner Account Managers to address customer inquiries
• ▹Maintain a strong understanding of Plaid's API, system architecture, and product offerings
• ▹Escalate and resolve complex technical issues with Support, Engineering, and Product

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in a client-facing, technology-focused role combining business and technical acumen
• ▹Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
• ▹Strong understanding of APIs, system infrastructure, and troubleshooting methodologies
• ▹Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a high volume of inbound requests
• ▹Strong project management and prioritization skills across multiple technical inquiries
