Senior Security Analyst, Customer Assurance

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead security contract reviews (MSAs, DPAs, security addenda), identify unacceptable clauses, and provide Legal with actionable feedback
• ▹Shape and own the security contract review strategy and program infrastructure (intake process, tiered SLAs, runbooks)
• ▹Drive strategic intelligence: track recurring patterns in security contract asks, distinguishing program gaps from non-standard requests
• ▹Accelerate deals by joining customer and data partner calls as the security subject matter expert
• ▹Own program health: define KPIs, build dashboards, deliver regular reporting to leadership
• ▹Scale through AI and tooling: build AI-assisted workflows for security assurance, pattern analysis, and reporting
• ▹Respond to customer security questionnaires and support external audit calls

Requirements

• ▹Experience reviewing security provisions in MSAs, DPAs, and security addenda
• ▹Deep familiarity with common security clause types (incident notification windows, audit rights, encryption requirements, data retention, penetration testing)
• ▹Ability to translate a company's security posture and risk appetite into clear, defensible contract positions
• ▹Experience representing a company's security program directly to customers and financial institution partners
• ▹Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GLBA, GDPR/CCPA, NIST 800-53
• ▹Prior experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• ▹Program design and operational maturity: intake processes, tiered SLAs, escalation paths, runbooks
• ▹Strong analytical skills to identify patterns across a high volume of security contract asks
• ▹Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience working directly with Legal and GTM
• ▹AI fluency: demonstrated ability to build and scale AI-assisted workflows for security assurance

• ▹Experience redlining security contract language directly, beyond providing advisory feedback
