Software Engineer, Codex Security

Responsibilities

• ▹Build end-to-end product features for Codex Security, from developer-facing interfaces to APIs, backend services, and workflow tooling
• ▹Own ambiguous 0-to-1 projects across product pods, platform security controls, and customer deployment workflows
• ▹Translate security research and model capabilities into intuitive, high-signal workflows for finding, validating, prioritizing, and remediating vulnerabilities
• ▹Design scalable, observable systems for long-running analyses across large codebases and enterprise environments
• ▹Partner with product, backend, infrastructure, security research, and customer-facing teams, iterating quickly from real-world feedback
• ▹Help shape the technical direction and architecture of Codex Cyber as the team and product surface grow

Requirements

• ▹Strong software engineering fundamentals with range across product, backend, infrastructure, and developer tooling
• ▹Experience building high-quality, full-stack product and platform experiences
• ▹High agency, low drama, comfortable owning features from concept to production in a fast-moving environment
• ▹Experience building developer tools, workflow-heavy platforms, security products, or internal infrastructure
• ▹Strong product instincts and a drive to make complex technical systems understandable and useful

Nice to have

• ▹Direct experience in application security, vulnerability research, defensive security, identity, SSO, or secure developer workflows
• ▹Excitement about the intersection of security and AI
