Solutions Architect, Integrations (UK/EU)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and develop a high-performing integration team focused on seamless client onboarding and scalable technical solutions
• ▹Work closely with clients, providing end-to-end support during onboarding
• ▹Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents
• ▹Analyze clients' technical and functional requirements and design solutions with deep understanding of the system and product capabilities
• ▹Manage implementation projects: monitoring quality, timelines, risk mitigation, and deliverables
• ▹Build deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria
• ▹Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders based on field experience

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solutions architect, or systems analyst, working across multiple internal/external technical teams
• ▹3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in a relevant domain: payments, fraud, risk, or compliance
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication, conveying complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Excellent organizational skills managing multiple projects and driving deliverables to completion
• ▹Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• ▹Experience with API specs (e.g. OpenAPI), web development, and scripting internal tools (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
