Responsibilities

• ▹Use modern backend, data and AI/LLM technologies to accelerate product development
• ▹Design, implement and maintain scalable backend systems for healthcare solutions
• ▹Contribute to technical planning for new features and platform capabilities
• ▹Collaborate with product managers, designers and clinical experts to ship reliable solutions
• ▹Work in a fast-moving team that ships daily and makes decisions quickly

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• ▹Professional software engineering experience
• ▹Strong full-stack skills: Python on the backend (required), TypeScript/React on the frontend
• ▹Working knowledge of containers and cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ▹Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production
• ▹Strong communication skills, comfortable with both engineers and non-technical clinical stakeholders
• ▹Experience in fast-moving environments where shipping quickly is the norm
