Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive talent
• ▹Apply expertise to meet hiring targets and develop full-cycle hiring strategies
• ▹Partner with engineering hiring managers to build structured interview plans
• ▹Manage a pipeline of requisitions, balancing speed and quality
• ▹Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows for diverse candidate pipelines
• ▹Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure accurate talent data
• ▹Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience

Requirements

• ▹3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical/engineering roles
• ▹Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent
• ▹Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• ▹Excellent project management skills, balancing high-volume and targeted recruiting
• ▹Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently
• ▹Requires 2-3 days per week in the Mountain View or San Francisco, CA office (hybrid)
