Responsibilities

• ▹Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform by proposing architecture, tools and technology improvements
• ▹Build end-to-end products to revolutionize revenue cycle management
• ▹Own end-to-end integration workflows from design through deployment and post-launch monitoring
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and prioritize tasks
• ▹Improve system reliability and observability through monitoring, logging and alerting best practices
• ▹Optimize performance and scalability of web applications
• ▹Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams for high availability and resilience
• ▹Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence
• ▹Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
• ▹5+ years of professional software development industry experience
• ▹Proficiency in frontend languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• ▹Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go or C++
• ▹Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring/alerting tools
• ▹Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions
• ▹Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
