Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive talent in Engineering, Product, and Design
• ▹Use data to set benchmarks and metrics for targeted recruiting strategies, partnering with leadership
• ▹Apply expertise to meet hiring targets and develop full-cycle hiring strategies
• ▹Work with hiring teams to design interview plans that capture the right candidate signals
• ▹Manage multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates to sustain long-term hiring goals
• ▹Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build diverse candidate pipelines
• ▹Maintain data hygiene in Ashby to ensure accuracy of talent datasets

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume Engineering, Product, and Design recruitment
• ▹Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows
• ▹Success scaling a high-growth tech company
• ▹Excellent project management skills, handling both high-volume and targeted recruiting
• ▹Strong stakeholder management experience, ability to work independently
• ▹Experience with Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting within the software industry
