Responsibilities

• ▹Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience through technical expertise, value proposition, and product/API/LLM-related answers
• ▹Demonstrate how ChatGPT and the OpenAI API meet customers' business needs, including demos, use-case scoping, and architecture recommendations
• ▹Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for the pre-sales process
• ▹Foster customer advocacy, gathering and relaying feedback into product planning
• ▹Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, escalating complex requirements as needed

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations
• ▹Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
• ▹Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for B2B SaaS products
• ▹Industry experience in programming languages like Python or JavaScript and working with REST APIs
• ▹Delivered prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions, knowledge of network/cloud architecture
• ▹Effective presenter and communicator, translating business and technical topics for all audiences
• ▹Owns problems end-to-end, willing to pick up missing knowledge to get the job done
• ▹Humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, commitment to team success
