Platform Product Partnerships Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead full-lifecycle partnerships: identifying and prioritizing partners, negotiating terms, closing complex agreements, driving partner success
• ▹Work with Product and Engineering to shape how connectors, agents, and third-party workflows function inside ChatGPT and Codex
• ▹Develop ecosystem relationships to deepen engagement across distribution, co-marketing, and product innovation
• ▹Translate partner commercial needs, technical constraints, and market dynamics into program and product recommendations
• ▹Bring structure to ambiguous opportunities and decide where to go deep, move fast, or say no
• ▹Drive aggressive timelines by clearing blockers and aligning internal and external workstreams

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of experience in product partnerships, product management, or developer relations
• ▹Demonstrated success structuring and negotiating complex commercial and technical deals with a focus on creative solutions
• ▹Excellent product and technical judgment, with experience building ecosystems or integrations
• ▹Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and effective in fast-changing environments
• ▹Exceptional communication, structured thinking, and program management skills
