Hardware Operations Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive end-to-end Hardware Operations readiness programs across AI infrastructure systems (servers, racks, networking hardware, power and cooling)
• ▹Develop and operationalize scalable hardware operations processes spanning deployment, repair, diagnostics, and escalation management
• ▹Lead cross-functional execution of Hardware Operations readiness initiatives
• ▹Partner across Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and Network Operations
• ▹Develop operational scorecards, reporting frameworks, and metric algorithms
• ▹Identify operational, technical, supplier, and process risks early, driving mitigation plans
• ▹Lead cross-functional issue resolution during hardware deployment, validation, and operational ramp
• ▹Create and mature operational governance models, including readiness reviews and escalation management

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience in technical program management, hardware operations, manufacturing operations, or infrastructure deployment
• ▹Experience supporting hardware systems at scale (servers, racks, networking hardware, data center infrastructure)
• ▹Strong understanding of the hardware development and deployment lifecycle (NPI, qualification, manufacturing ramp, logistics, installation, validation)
• ▹Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional schedules, dependencies, risks, and executive communications
• ▹Strong technical fluency across hardware systems, rack integration, and infrastructure deployment
• ▹Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and create scalable execution mechanisms
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, operations, supply chain, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with GPU, accelerator, server, rack, or cluster-scale infrastructure programs
• ▹Background in hardware operations, manufacturing program management, or data center deployment
• ▹Familiarity with rack integration, power/cooling constraints, cabling, and serviceability
• ▹Experience building operating rhythms, readiness reviews, and risk registers
• ▹Experience scaling programs from prototype/NPI into repeatable production deployment
