AI Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Pair with senior customer leaders to establish a GenAI strategy and identify the highest-value applications
• ▹Partner with customers' technical teams to move from prototype through production
• ▹Design enterprise architecture using ChatGPT, OpenAI API, and other services to maximize customer value
• ▹Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product teams
• ▹Embed deeply with the most strategic platform customers as their technical thought partner
• ▹Build hands-on prototypes and/or deliver impactful strategic guidance to accelerate customer time to value
• ▹Forge and manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scale
• ▹Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources
• ▹Scale the Solutions Architect function through knowledge sharing, codified best practices, and published notebooks
• ▹Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience, bridging technical teams and senior business stakeholders
• ▹Effective, polished communicator able to translate business and technical topics to all audiences
• ▹Experience leading complex implementations of generative AI / traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture
• ▹Industry experience in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
• ▹End-to-end ownership mindset, willing to pick up missing knowledge to get the job done
• ▹High-throughput operator able to drive multiple concurrent projects with ruthless prioritization
