Senior Technical Recruiter

Twenty Technologies is industrializing offensive cyber operations for the US and its allies; as Senior Technical Recruiter you'll build the company's New York engineering presence from the ground up through sourcing-heavy recruiting.

Stack

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior Software Engineering hires, from intake through close
  • Build and scale outbound sourcing pipelines for high-priority engineering roles
  • Lead high-touch closing efforts for competitive senior engineering candidates
  • Help establish and grow Twenty's engineering brand in the New York market
  • Partner with engineering leaders on hiring strategy, interview design, and candidate calibration
  • Source across outbound channels, technical communities, referrals, and events
  • Apply AI-driven workflows to augment sourcing and recruiting operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for Software Engineering roles
  • Track record building sourcing-heavy pipelines and generating qualified technical candidates through outbound recruiting
  • Experience closing passive senior engineering candidates in highly competitive markets
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience from intake through offer and close
  • Experience recruiting senior and staff-level engineering talent in competitive markets
  • Metrics-driven approach using funnel data to improve recruiting outcomes
  • Precise execution: strong ATS hygiene, reliable follow-through

Nice to have

  • Experience helping establish or scale hiring in a new office or geographic market
  • Experience recruiting for high-caliber engineering teams at startups or growth-stage companies
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing, scorecards, and interviewer calibration
  • Experience recruiting across backend, distributed systems, AI/ML, or infrastructure-focused teams
  • Existing network within the New York engineering talent market
