Technical Program Manager, Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Own cross-team program coordination — track progress, dependencies and risks across all workstreams and functions (Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, Revenue)
• ▹Drive the executive operating cadence, synthesizing status into clear signal and surfacing risks before they become blockers
• ▹Build the program infrastructure from scratch: roadmapping templates, status reporting, milestone tracking and cross-team dependency mapping
• ▹Coordinate shared resources (particularly MLE and PD capacity) across teams, identifying scheduling conflicts and driving prioritization
• ▹Support each team lead in standing up their weekly cadence and communicating progress upward
• ▹Build credibility and influence with stakeholders outside your own organization

Requirements

• ▹4+ years as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager, including time at a startup or high-growth company building programs rather than inheriting them
• ▹Demonstrated experience running multiple simultaneous workstreams while spotting cascading risks early
• ▹Strong executive communication — distilling messy, multi-team status into crisp, decision-ready updates
• ▹Fluency with AI/ML product development
• ▹A builder's instinct: comfortable creating process in ambiguous, low-structure environments, pragmatic enough to ship something imperfect
• ▹Cross-functional influence without authority, aligning stakeholders with different priorities
• ▹Experience working with technical leads, able to discuss technical dependencies and constraints credibly

Nice to have

• ▹Building OKR or roadmapping systems from scratch in a scaling organization
• ▹Prior work inside an AI or LLM product company
