Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers building agentic solutions with North in on-premises environments
• ▹Own customer success from technical implementation through delivery
• ▹Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Sales to shape how AI is delivered to enterprises
• ▹Build relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer side
• ▹Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, embedding agentic solutions throughout the development process
• ▹Define and implement processes that scale agent development and deployment across multiple client environments

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated leadership
• ▹Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• ▹Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale, with a focus on agentic applications
• ▹High agency — doesn't wait for permission to solve problems
• ▹A doer mentality — digs in, gets things done, executes in fast-paced environments
• ▹Excellent English communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for both technical and business audiences
• ▹Based in the United Kingdom

Nice to have

• ▹Fluency in additional European languages
• ▹Experience with AI/ML infrastructure
• ▹Background in enterprise security and compliance
