Partner AI Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Embed with GSIs, RSIs and boutique SIs as the technical lead on their OpenAI API projects
• ▹Work with senior SI and customer stakeholders to build a GenAI use case backlog
• ▹Build hands-on prototypes and deliver strategic guidance to accelerate time to value
• ▹Manage relationships with SI and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scale
• ▹Codify solution packages and architectural patterns
• ▹Lead technical support during partners' initial projects and mentor their technical teams
• ▹Scale the Partner Solutions Architect function by sharing best practices and resources
• ▹Deliver high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience, managing C-level relationships with complex global organizations
• ▹Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders, ideally within or through an SI
• ▹Industry experience in Python or JavaScript
• ▹Experience leading complex Generative AI and/or traditional ML implementations
• ▹Experience building and/or delivering prototypes using the OpenAI API
