BIM Consultant – Infrastructure and Industrial Construction

Responsibilities

• ▹Work on complex infrastructure and industrial construction projects, identifying optimization opportunities and leveraging BIM to create tangible value for clients
• ▹Develop, coordinate, and maintain digital building models using Autodesk Revit while ensuring high quality and consistency
• ▹Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement innovative solutions to reduce manual effort
• ▹Work closely with interdisciplinary and international project teams, training stakeholders in BIM methodologies

Requirements

• ▹A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Project Management, or a comparable qualification
• ▹Professional experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including successful application and implementation of BIM methodologies
• ▹Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and experience with CDE tools or collaboration platforms (e.g. Thinkproject, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Construction & Engineering, Dalux)
• ▹Solid understanding of modeling standards and best practices, with interest in further developing and automating BIM processes
• ▹Flexibility and willingness to work in a consulting environment, adapting to new tools and technologies
• ▹Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international environment
