Responsibilities

• ▹Design, install, configure and maintain databases required for IT service operations and ITSM tooling
• ▹Ensure stable day-to-day database operations, including availability, performance and data integrity
• ▹Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and performance analysis in line with central monitoring standards
• ▹Provide hands-on support for database-related operational incidents and recovery activities
• ▹Maintain backup, restore and recovery mechanisms for ITSM and operations databases
• ▹Apply defined operational standards, procedures and documentation for database operations
