Responsibilities

• ▹Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• ▹Work closely with clients, providing end-to-end support during onboarding
• ▹Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents
• ▹Analyze clients' requirements from technical and functional perspectives, designing solutions with deep knowledge of system and product capabilities
• ▹Manage implementation projects: monitoring quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, driving deliverables
• ▹Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions via Sardine's technology
• ▹Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground

Requirements

• ▹4+ years in technical roles (Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst) with strong execution and integration/automation expertise
• ▹2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in a relevant domain (payments, fraud, risk, or compliance)
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication, conveying complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving deliverables to completion
• ▹Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• ▹Experience with API specs like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting internal tools (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
