Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as the first technical leader for the US presence, setting a high bar for engineering quality, product thinking, and execution
• ▹Start, build, and lead a small engineering team in the US
• ▹Partner closely with product, design, and leadership to translate company goals into clear technical direction and execution plans
• ▹Act as a bridge between the team in Europe, users, product strategy, and engineering
• ▹Help shape the long-term technical and organizational foundations for scaling product engineering
• ▹Own and ship end-to-end features that integrate seamlessly with popular developer tools
• ▹Develop user-facing applications that make powerful infrastructure intuitive and accessible to developers
• ▹Collaborate directly with users and partners to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and product needs
• ▹Continuously iterate on product design and implementation to drive adoption, performance, and reliability

Requirements

• ▹Leadership and management skills to lead high-performing ICs
• ▹Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production-grade software in languages like TypeScript/JavaScript (React), Go, Python, or similar
• ▹Proven track record shipping impactful product features, preferably for developer-focused or infrastructure products
• ▹Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into intuitive user experiences
• ▹Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a collaborative approach to product development
