Responsibilities

• ▹Improve session replay analysis: building faster, cheaper, best-in-class models to detect issues in recordings
• ▹Work on user behavior prediction: identifying drop-offs and automatically suggesting conversion improvements
• ▹Build synthetic user testing: simulating users to catch confusing flows or breakages before release
• ▹Bring research into production: not just theoretical research, but actually shipping to users

Requirements

• ▹Strong background in math, or previous experience training models (a PhD is a plus but not required)
• ▹Strong PyTorch experience
• ▹Strong ability to code in Rust, CUDA, or C (Rust preferred)
• ▹Solid understanding of Transformers
• ▹A product mindset – you'll be building things that ship
