Quant Risk Analyst

In this Quant Risk Analyst role you will own the quantitative methods that protect the platform without immobilising more capital than necessary working directly with the Risk desk, Settlement, Operators and operations engineering. What you will own Own margin and collateral methodology for binary contracts across operators. Build stress tests for correlated outcomes, large market volumes, data failures and counterparty stress. Set and review position limits and accountability levels for market makers with a versioned history. Calibrate the thresholds that determine how many approvals are required before funds move. Turn quantitative methodology into specifications that engineers can implement. What you bring Quantitative risk experience in an exchange, clearing house, sportsbook or trading firm. Hands-on work with margin, stress testing, collateral or credit. Strong Python or R and SQL skills, plus comfort with probability and correlated binary outcomes. The ability to explain a model to non-quantitative leaders and regulatory stakeholders. Fluent English and strong written documentation.
