Technical Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and deliver specialized onboarding for technical seller personas
• ▹Develop and maintain a library of technical enablement content, including demo guides and objection handling frameworks
• ▹Run ongoing enablement programs including training sessions and product update briefings
• ▹Partner closely with the Customer Solutions team to understand what technical sellers need in the field
• ▹Translate field needs into practical programs, useful content and repeatable learning experiences
• ▹Use AI tools to build smarter workflows and accelerate content creation
• ▹Build enough product fluency to be credible in a room with technical customer teams

Requirements

• ▹2-4 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical training or a similar role
• ▹Strong technical aptitude and curiosity
• ▹Proven ability to design and facilitate training for technical audiences
• ▹Hands-on experience using AI in your own work, with clear opinions on where it helps
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Comfort operating with limited structure in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment
• ▹High ownership as a P3 individual contributor

Nice to have

• ▹Prior experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management or Customer Solutions
• ▹Experience enabling sellers in developer tools, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps or platform engineering
• ▹Experience building onboarding programs from scratch for technical go-to-market teams
