Solutions Engineer - DACH

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with German-fluent Account Executives throughout the DACH sales cycle
• ▹Deliver personalized product demonstrations
• ▹Facilitate well-structured product trials
• ▹Coordinate comprehensive and insightful RFP responses
• ▹Build upon existing demo environments with compelling narratives
• ▹Design repeatable processes to scale the solutions engineering team

Requirements

• ▹Sales experience across multiple EMEA regions, with strong written and verbal fluency in English and German
• ▹Experience as a Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant in complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles with a team-selling motion
• ▹Empathy for the day-to-day challenges of HR and Talent teams
• ▹Deep product expertise across the solution suite, recognized as a subject-matter expert
• ▹Quick learning, connecting new concepts, product capabilities, and business outcomes
• ▹Precise questioning and attentive listening, explaining complex concepts simply
• ▹Proactive collaboration with Account Executives to progress deals

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with recruiting workflows and Applicant Tracking System data
• ▹Demo infrastructure or demo engineering experience
• ▹Value engineering / consulting experience building quantifiable business cases
