Staff Product Engineer - Americas

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the most technically and product-ambiguous problems end-to-end, and help other engineers with planning
• ▹Design and build product features across the full stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure when needed)
• ▹Write product specs, create wireframes, and research competitors
• ▹Build scalable, declarative architectures and reusable abstractions (e.g. filter systems, scheduling automation)
• ▹Talk to customers to understand requirements and validate solutions

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience shipping products under significant technical and product ambiguity at staff level
• ▹Ability to work independently across the full stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• ▹Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align decisions with stakeholders
• ▹Comfortable in a fast-paced, low-process, high-ownership environment
