DevOps Engineer - Atlassian Service Management Tools

Responsibilities

• ▹Deploy, configure and manage Atlassian products (JIRA Service Management, Confluence, Jira)
• ▹Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and integrations
• ▹Maintain and improve system reliability, scalability and security
• ▹Collaborate with IT and development teams to streamline workflows and optimize DevOps practices
• ▹Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize infrastructure
• ▹Ensure data integrity and compliance with best practices
• ▹Support integration with external tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes and AWS services

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, natural science, mathematics, business or equivalent work experience in IT
• ▹3+ years of experience in a DevOps, System Administration or similar role
• ▹Strong experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Jira Service Manager)
• ▹Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• ▹Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS)
• ▹Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ▹Experience integrating Atlassian tools with other DevOps and ITSM tools
• ▹Problem-solving mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
• ▹Fluent in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working in a SAFe environment
• ▹German language knowledge
