Forward Deployed Engineering Recruiter

Responsibilities

• ▹Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across the forward deployment team, including solutions engineers and deployment strategists
• ▹Partner closely with hiring managers to understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar
• ▹Design and execute thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing
• ▹Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality
• ▹Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity and empathy
• ▹Serve as an ambassador for ElevenLabs in every interaction
• ▹Continuously improve how the company hires by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience hiring top-tier technical and forward deployed talent in competitive markets (~3+ years, but impact matters more than years)
• ▹Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing
• ▹Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts
• ▹Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication, building trust with both technical candidates and senior stakeholders
• ▹Comfortable in fast-paced, remote-first environments across global time zones
• ▹Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built

Nice to have

• ▹Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions, particularly LATAM, APAC and EMEA
• ▹Background in high-growth startups, AI-native companies, or similarly fast-moving environments
• ▹A builder's mindset: experimenting, learning quickly, and refining recruiting playbooks
