Responsibilities

• ▹Create and uphold a reliable and expandable data management system specialized for text-to-speech projects, establishing versioning guidelines and data quality standards
• ▹Establish a streamlined process for autonomously training, assessing and launching text-to-speech models, including dynamic learning and fine-tuning/validation data refresh routines
• ▹Investigate cutting-edge approaches in machine learning, deep learning and algorithms for text-to-speech technology

Requirements

• ▹No formal certifications or degrees required - looking for enthusiastic engineers who can showcase solving hard problems via past projects, designs or GitHub contributions
• ▹3+ years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with emphasis on building data pipelines and developing/deploying ML models
• ▹Ability to autonomously evaluate new concepts or enhance current ML projects, potentially contributing to published work
• ▹Extensive background in exploratory research to improve data quality, particularly in the audio and text-to-speech domains
