AI Creative Producer

Responsibilities

• ▹Create world-class AI-generated visuals and videos using ElevenLabs' tools
• ▹Produce large volumes of examples for the explore page
• ▹Write, refine and document prompts for cinematic, realistic and stylized outputs
• ▹Build prompt guides and workflows so others can replicate and learn from the results
• ▹Collaborate with the social team to educate users and inspire the community
• ▹Develop repeatable AI content workflows and package them for public use
• ▹Produce growth-driven, social-first assets such as teasers, comparisons and educational clips
• ▹Stress-test ElevenLabs tools and contribute structured feedback to the product team

Requirements

• ▹Deep experience prompting image, video and audio models, with a strong portfolio
• ▹A sharp design eye, able to distinguish good from great creative work
• ▹Storytelling and visual communication skills
• ▹Understanding of how discovery works on YouTube, Instagram and X
• ▹Fast, independent work with strong creative instincts
• ▹Experience collaborating with visual or social media teams
• ▹Experience editing in Premiere Pro or similar tools
