Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build, and scale agentic AI systems for mission-critical use cases
• ▹Research, implement, and experiment with ideas on supercompute and data infrastructure
• ▹Learn from and work with leading researchers in the field
• ▹Execute across the full AI stack and ship products serving the public interest

Requirements

• ▹Canadian citizenship and eligibility for security clearance (required)
• ▹Extremely strong software engineering skills
• ▹Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks
• ▹Experience training, evaluating, and using LLMs as an end-user
• ▹Experience with large-scale distributed (GPU) LLM training strategies

Nice to have

• ▹A paper at top-tier venues (e.g. NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AIStats, MLSys, JMLR, AAAI, Nature, COLING, ACL, EMNLP)
