Technical Lead Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Serving as the point of contact for all technical topics from the squad (redirecting to other squad members when appropriate)
• ▹Coaching the other developers of the squad (performance reviews and career path assessments)
• ▹Participating in monthly meetings with the CPTO and Engineering Director to celebrate successes and discuss technical or organizational challenges
• ▹Continuing to code, up to 80% of the time

Requirements

• ▹Experienced software developer ready to take on a technical leadership role
• ▹Coaching and mentoring skills to support developers' growth
• ▹Ability to balance technical and organizational concerns
