Aikido Security is hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager for the India market to drive product adoption, protect against churn, and help customers get the most value from Aikido's developer-first security platform.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with at-risk accounts to prevent churn
  • Drive product adoption and maximize customer value
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the right teams
  • Debug and resolve workflow issues
  • Drive onboarding and deployment for new clients
  • Deliver training sessions to customer teams
  • Share customer insights with the product team
