Senior Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive test activities within an interdisciplinary Scrum team for the B2B web portal
• ▹Align frontend test topics across multiple web portal teams and mentor other testers
• ▹Collaborate closely with Test Management as lead frontend tester to ensure product and process quality
• ▹Design, implement and maintain automated and manual test cases
• ▹Report bugs, re-test related software changes and support troubleshooting
• ▹Act as sparring partner for the Product Owner, developers and Test Management
• ▹Work with international colleagues in a scaled agile software development program using SAFe

Requirements

• ▹Completed academic studies, preferably a BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Business Informatics or similar
• ▹3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
• ▹5+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer or Software Engineer
• ▹Experience automating functional, integration and regression tests of microservices, web applications or web services
• ▹Knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript and database querying (SQL and/or non-SQL)
• ▹ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
• ▹Fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with a test automation framework (Cypress, Selenium or Playwright)
• ▹ISTQB Agile Tester (CTFL-AT) extension
• ▹Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ideally SAFe)
• ▹Experience in the EV charging industry
