Your contribution to something big: Drive agile excellence: You empower cross-functional teams to successfully develop digital service products (SaaS) in building technologies and energy management. Coach and inspire: You foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and ownership by applying agile principles across team and program levels. Enable team performance: In close collaboration with Release Train Engineers and leadership, you identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery. Create transparency: You ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies while supporting backlog refinement and prioritization. Facilitate collaboration: You lead agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives in an engaging and effective way. Promote knowledge sharing: You act as a mentor for agile values (Scrum, SAFe), strengthening collaboration within and across teams. Optimize processes: You continuously improve agile ways of working, tools, and frameworks together with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.
